Do you have some questions that you want to know the answer to? All the little things that you have always wanted to ask someone, the coach is here to explain and to answer all your questions about the diet plan and thus transfer their knowledge to you as a client. I tell my clients that there is no such thing as a stupid question, it is always better to ask than to do something on your own.
Online training is much cheaper
Online training is a much cheaper option than personal training. Usually, the prices of personal training in Serbia range between 10-30 euros for one hour (more expensive in other western countries), which for many people is a large financial cost that they cannot afford.
The online training combination is a much cheaper option where for 3-5x less, you can have a trainer who will create a personalised training and nutrition program for you.
Focus on the results
9 out of 10 people who start exercising give up after a couple of weeks because they don’t see results. The first reason is that they do not monitor their progress in detail. If we look in the mirror every day, we cannot notice small changes in our bodies. And the second reason is that they have no obligation to report their progress to anyone. I request an "update" from my clients every 14 days. The update practically means measuring body circumference and sending progress pictures. In addition, following the training table where they fill out with the working weights they used during exercises, I also ask the clients for videos of performing their exercises to correct technical mistakes and give guidelines.
Privacy
With collaboration, you also get complete privacy. Many clients don’t want their progress and results to be posted on social media. No result will ever be made public without the client's permission. People who have jobs where they can't afford their pictures to be posted in public request anonymity, I guarantee privacy to such people.
If the goal is physical appearance and body transformation, I also ask the client for pictures of the current body conditions (pictures are not required but if you want a detailed assessment of your body type and body analysis, pictures are desirable).
The online training system is such that I write for the client their individual training and nutrition plan, supplementation if needed based on their goal and financial ability of the individual.
Based on the parameters sent, I assess your metabolism & body type and create an individual nutrition and training program.
I create an individual program according to your needs, life rhythm, ingredients which are available to you and which you like to eat. I also take into account allergies, intolerances to certain foods, avoiding certain types of food if needed and a client’s budget that can be set aside on a monthly basis. I make sure that the preparation time of all meals is quick and the meals are easy to make especially for busy clients who don’t have much for cooking. You will receive 4 sets of menus where you have the flexibility to choose which menu you want to eat for one of your particular days. For monitoring progress in addition to images, we also monitor body measurements. In this way, we follow in detail what’s happening to your body through the transformation process.

How we monitor progress:
Communication and periodic progress checks are done by appointment every 7-14 days where clients send an "update" with a report on how the previous period went, how much they followed the meal plans, how many trainings they did, etc.
We monitor progress through body circumference measures, pictures and training reports.I also request training recordings from clients so that we can analyse the technique and performing the exercises correctly.
I am available to clients 24/7 (I answer questions within 24 h)Communication flows via Viber, WhatsApp or Email.
The duration of online training is of ONE MONTH minimum. Of course, it is possible to achieve long-term collaboration or extend what started after the expiration.
