These are the recipes that I’m using daily to prepare my fitness meals and snacks on a quick and easy way with accessible ingredients. There are 40 balanced, sweet and delicious recipes with all of the necessary macros (protein, healthy fats and carbohydrate), vitamins and minerals for our body and mind, that can support you on your journey to healthier, but, sweeter bites.
This cookbook is a blueprint that you can use every day to build positive eating habits that will allow you to reach your fitness goals or just to reach a goal in healthier eating. Doesn’t matter if you are a professional athlete or a person who would like to live healthier than before, this type of cuisine is suitable for almost everybody. (I am writing “almost” because of course if you are allergic/intolerant to some specific ingredients or have some medical issues that are forbidding you to consume some of them).

I will ask you to do regular check-ins each week, adjusting your plans based on your results and progress ensuring constant results.
My goal is to help you realise yours. Based on your progression, I will change your diet and training every 4 weeks.
Your meal plan will be customised based on your goal and preferences. I will take into consideration things such as allergies, time for cooking, ingredients that you like and don’t like and much more. I will make sure to adapt based on your circumstances and preferences.
My diet plans are STARVATION FREE and you will get to eat healthy, tasty and balanced meals. My plans are easy to follow; every step is explained in detail so it’s hassle-free for you to understand.
It does not matter how much experience you have in the gym. I will make sure the program you get will fit your level and take into consideration any previous injuries and to prevent future injuries.
